Laurie Stevenson

Laurie brings over 40 years of financial services experience to our team, where she serves as both a Financial Advisor and Branch Manager. She helped build The Griffin Earnest Stevenson Group into the client-focused team it is today. By utilizing the vast resources of Baird, and additionally working in partnership with other professionals, she strives to create, grow, protect, and preserve wealth.

Laurie's driving principle in her practice is to educate her clients so they can be more confident and in control of their finances. She enjoys hearing each client's story to understand what is important to them and together they create a financial plan tailored specifically to their needs and goals. Through her dedication and commitment to long lasting relationships, Laurie has helped multiple generations achieve their financial goals.

Laurie earned degrees from Mississippi State University and Virginia Commonwealth University, and was a participant in the Wharton School of Business Wealth Planning Essentials Program. Additionally, she is a Certified Public Accountant emeritus. She is a passionate supporter of many charities including St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Amory Food Pantry, S. A. F. E., and several Christian mission organizations.

Laurie is a member of Baird's 1919 Club and Baird's President's Club. She is a lifelong Mississippian and she and her husband Rick enjoy boating, traveling, and family time with their four children and six grandchildren.
